During the latest episode of his podcast, “Everybody’s Got A Pod”, WWE Hall of Famer Ted DiBiase Sr. shed light on various subjects including Bruce Prichard’s role in WWE creative side, the unforgettable WrestleMania 6, and many more related matters.
Here are few key points made during the podcast:
Discussing the significant contributions of Bruce Prichard to the creative field, he elaborated, “I’ll stretch it to as far as — during my time there, all the vignettes that the audience saw of me were produced by Bruce. Before I made my entry into the ring, before anyone saw me in wrestling gear and boots, they were shown these interesting skits of me pushing children out of the swimming pool, or ousting a honeymoon couple out of the best room — in fact, I remember saying, ‘I want the finest room in this motel.’ They recommended the honeymoon suite. Having paid for it, I made the honeymooners leave and took over the suite. Bruce had a major hand in producing all those vignettes.”
Regarding his much-talked-about match with Jake Roberts at WrestleMania 6, he confidently stated: “I won’t mince words brother. We absolutely nailed it and owned the show.”
