Ted DiBiase Appears At CWC, Costs Cameron Grimes His Match Against Jake Atlas

“Everybody’s got a distraction,” may be the new motto for Ted DiBiase after tonight’s NXT. It was the Million Dollar Man who made his way out at the Capitol Wrestling Center to get in the mind of Cameron Grimes.
Grimes came to the CWC with all sorts of confident until Jake Atlas let it be known that DiBiase had hold of Grimes’ parking spot. This incited some surliness from Cameron and then it led to a match later on in the evening. Grimes sure had an axe to grind with Ted as he came out showing a video package in an attempt to mock the WWE Hall of Famer right before his encounter with Atlas. The battle was indeed back and forth, but once that familiar cackle came through the speakers, Grimes was off his game. That certainly came to a head when DiBiase came out on the stage to talk some smooth trash to Cameron. As this went on, Atlas carpe diem’ed the moment and rolled Grimes up for the 1-2-3.
Irate, Grimes gave chance to DiBiase out of the Capitol Wrestling Center, but was too little too late. DiBiase was sitting comfy in his limo as Grimes approached. Ted rolled down his window, bid Grimes “adieu” and then drove off as Cameron screamed in rage.
