Renowned AEW broadcaster Taz has cleared the air about his experiences with WWE. Despite certain assumptions circulating on social media, Taz has stated that he harbours no animosity towards WWE or his time working with them.
This response came when a fan accused Taz of bearing a grudge against WWE. In reaction to this, Taz, also known as the Human Suplex Machine, elucidated that the notion of him having a quarrel with WWE is irrational.
ZERO resentment. Why would you even say something like that? It’s so inaccurate… You don’t know me. And the thing you need to realize is they offered me a whole new career opportunity which I’m still doing today as a color commentator. So you’re dead wrong. https://t.co/kDtJEprNOi

Taz began his journey with WWE back in 2000, making a splash at that year’s Royal Rumble pay-per-view event. He ended the unbeaten streak of Kurt Angle at Madison Square Garden, firmly establishing his presence in the wrestling world.
While at WWE, Taz added several victories to his name, including three Hardcore Championships, and scored the Tag Team Championships alongside Spike Dudley, another ECW veteran.
In October 2019, Taz made his AEW debut. A few months later, in January 2020, it was announced that he had entered into a long-term contract with the wrestling promotion.
