Tampa Mayor On WrestleMania 36: Immediate Action Not Needed For Events Weeks Away
The status of WrestleMania 36 is still unknown.
A local FOX news affiliate tweeted out this morning that Tampa Mayor Jane Castor stated during a brief press conference that “We don’t have to take immediate action for events weeks down the road” when asked about the possibility of canceling events, which would include WrestleMania.

This comes at a time where Coronavirus concerns are at its highest thus far in time following news of the NBA suspending their regular season.
Now, fans will have to wait until 1:30 PM EST for an official announcement to be made regarding the possibility of canceling events in the Tampa, Florida area including WrestleMania when officials provide an update.
