WWE Hall of Fame inductee Tammy “Sunny” Sytch is scheduled to deliver her testimony in a lawsuit tied to a DUI crash for which she was sentenced. This lawsuit has been originated from the vehicular accident occurring in April 2022 that tragically ended the life of Julian Lasseter.
The lawsuit has been instituted by Jana Olivova, who suffered from the collateral damage when her car was hit during the horrific event. She has placed a claim against her insurance firm, Geico.
According to reports from Pwinsider, Olivova has pressed for damages, and Sytch has been named as a potential witness who could share insights related to liability in this legal battle.
It is crucial to mention that initially, both Sytch and her previous partner, James Pente, were named as defendants in this legal duel, however, they were omitted when a revised lawsuit was filed in the month of July last year.
