Bryan Danielson is in position to bring joy to many comic enthusiasts if he manages to secure his AEW World Championship against rival Jon Moxley in the upcoming WrestleDream event.
The once comrades-in-battle will square off at the highly anticipated AEW event scheduled for October 12. Destiny City Comics made an intriguing offer via Twitter.
I’ll just leave this here – no pressure @bryandanielson, but if you keep hold of the @AEW Championship here in Tacoma, Destiny City Comics will happily gift a free comic book to anyone visiting us the following day on October 13th. pic.twitter.com/2y28mVEXQb

The betrayal of Danielson by Moxley took place at AEW All Out 2024. Moxley rendered Danielson unconscious while PAC and Claudio Castagnoli held Wheeler Yuta at bay.
Moxley rationalized his treacherous switch, revealing his intent to establish a lasting legacy in AEW. His justification included a dismissal of Danielson’s commitment towards the same goal.
The coveted AEW World Championship fell into Danielson’s hands at AEW All In: London 2024. He triumphed over Swerve Strickland in the evening’s highlight event.
It’s worth noting that both wrestlers are no strangers to the world of comics. They have each been featured in publications by WWE and BOOM! Studios during their respective tenures with the company.
