Swerve Strickland expressed his career satisfaction with AEW during a recent debut on The Breakfast Club. Strickland has no plans to return to WWE, elaborating,
“I’m genuinely pleased with building AEW. AEW has given me something that I believe WWE could never have provided. Tony Khan didn’t just gamble on me; he knew what he desired from me. He encouraged me to grow in the direction I chose, without any limitations. I honed my skills to become not just a professional wrestler but also a true entrepreneur. That’s why the mogul persona is genuinely embodied in AEW. It let me become my best both as a man and a professional.”
Also, Jeff Hardy revealed on the “Battleground” podcast that his wrestling character Willow is set to stage a comeback in TNA Wrestling after nearly ten years. Hardy stated,
“Yes, I can confirm that it’ll look different than it did before, as a new version of the Willow faceplate mask is being made, and it looks incredibly stunning. So yes, Willow will indeed make a comeback in Total Non-stop Action before everything is said and done.”
