In her recent conversation with Dr. Beau Hightower, former WWE Diva Summer Rae (real name Danielle Moinet) shared a few stories from her time touring with the WWE, including her interactions with fellow wrestler The Great Khali.
Rae interestingly revealed that Khali aspired to emulate the character of Mark Henry, also known as “Sexual Chocolate.”
She further recounted a rather frightful episode of finding a bat in her hotel room during a tour.

Khali’s Admiration For Mark Henry: “Khali is a gentle soul who speaks when he feels the need to. Not often, but when he does, it’s poignant. Once I asked him about the start of his wrestling career, he replied, ‘When I was a young boy in an impoverished part of India, we owned a minuscule television that was our only luxury. I distinctly remember seeing a gorgeous woman adorned with sushi, and then watching Mark Henry, ‘Sexual Chocolate’ devour it off her. That was the moment I realized, if I pursued [wrestling], I could attract women like her.’ Mark Henry couldn’t hold back his laughter at this revelation, while Khali asserted his wish to emulate ‘Sexual Chocolate.’“
The Unexpected Visitor in her Hotel Room: “My roommate, Tenille and I were on the verge of falling asleep, when we heard an unfamiliar sound. It eerily resembled the sound of mat being whipped. Switching on the light revealed an unexpected visitor, a bat.”
The Adventure of Evicting the Bat: “All I can recall is that one of us managed to get hold of a broom. While someone else was trying to capture it, I took refuge under the sheets. It was indeed one chaotic mess, leaving me forever wary.”
