“NEVER Openweight 6 man Champions to be crowned in Taiwan April 14!
When Kazuchika Okada wrestled his last match in Korakuen Hall for NJPW this past January, it was with the NEVER Openweight 6 Man Championships on the line against TMDK. With his team alongside Hiroshi Tanahashi and Tomohiro Ishii successful for their eighth defence on the night, Okada declared that he would be vacating the titles leaving the gold the center of much speculation ever since.

Now, it’s confirmed that the 27th NEVER Openweight 6 Man Tag team Champions will be crowned April 14 in Taipei, at Wrestling World 2024. A one night tournament will take place at Zepp New Taipei, with the winning team taking home the trios titles. NJPW’s return to Taiwan has gained a big stakes attraction, but who will come away with the gold?”

WrestleCon 2024, the annual wrestling convention held during WrestleMania week, has announced an exciting addition to its lineup. The legendary wrestler Sting, who recently retired from professional wrestling, will be participating in a Q&A session at the event. This news has generated a lot of buzz among wrestling fans, especially those who are eager to hear from the iconic wrestler.

The Q&A session featuring Sting will take place on Thursday, April 4, from 11:00 PM to midnight. Fans attending WrestleCon 2024 will have the opportunity to attend this session and interact with the wrestling legend. However, the event organizers have also made it clear that the session will be open to all attendees as long as space permits.

Sting’s retirement from professional wrestling earlier this year marked the end of an era. Known for his charismatic persona and high-flying in-ring style, Sting has left an indelible mark on the industry. His career spanned several decades and included stints in various wrestling promotions, including WCW and WWE.

The Q&A session at WrestleCon 2024 will be hosted by Tony Schiavone, a renowned commentator and longtime friend of Sting. Fans can expect to hear fascinating stories and insights from Sting’s illustrious career. It will be a unique opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the man behind the iconic face paint and black-and-white attire.

In addition to Sting’s Q&A session, WrestleCon 2024 has also announced another exciting event. NJPW (New Japan Pro-Wrestling) will be hosting a tournament to crown new NEVER Openweight 6-Man Tag Team Champions at Wrestling World 2024. The tournament will take place on April 14 in Taipei, Taiwan.

The NEVER Openweight 6-Man Tag Team Championships were vacated by Kazuchika Okada after his team’s successful defense in January. This has sparked much speculation about who will emerge as the new champions. The one-night tournament in Taipei will feature several teams vying for the coveted titles.

NJPW’s return to Taiwan has generated significant interest and excitement among wrestling fans. The promotion has a strong following worldwide, and this event promises to be a thrilling showcase of talent and athleticism. Wrestling enthusiasts will be eagerly anticipating the outcome of the tournament and the crowning of the 27th NEVER Openweight 6-Man Tag Team Champions.

Overall, WrestleCon 2024 is shaping up to be an unforgettable experience for wrestling fans. With the inclusion of Sting’s Q&A session and NJPW’s championship tournament, attendees can look forward to a week filled with excitement, nostalgia, and the thrill of live wrestling action.
