On a recent episode of “The Commentary Booth” podcast, professional wrestler Steph De Lander hinted towards big things entering the new year. Despite being currently unsure of the specifics upon her return, she boldly affirmed, “It’s gonna be big.”

Returning from a neck surgery from the past month, Steph offers some sneak peak into her future plans on the same podcast:

When asked about her return, she stated: “Honestly, I’m not entirely sure about the exact moment or the manner of my return. It might be somewhere around March or April, or perhaps even later. Hence, I have ample time to plan it out meticulously. I’m not in any rush and want every move I make to be calculated and intentional. My return will not simply be an announcement at some minor indie event.”

On ensuring the grandness of her next career move: “I want to make a big, impactful change. Every move I make has significance. Now could be perfect time for some sort of transformation. Though I’m yet to decide exactly what that would be and I am not ready to share it either. It’s indeed vague, but that’s the reality right now. I have a couple of months to recover, relax and brainstorm. It’s once I’m closer to my return that I will get serious about the planning process. Until then, I’ll simply take it easy and enjoy my downtime. But I can’t hide my excitement about bringing a new avatar of myself. It’s going to be good.”

Separately, during an episode of his podcast “Hawk’s Nest”, AEW wrestler Lance Archer shared light on WWE’s rebooted version of ECW, defending it as a solid stepping stone for many wrestlers.

In this episode, Archer noted: “People have a preconceived notion about ECW, saying it’s not the original, it’s WWE’s or PG’s ECW and so on. But, retrospectively, isn’t this where CM Punk started in the company? Not to mention Kofi Kingston, Sheamus and many others started their journey in that ECW product.”

Regarding the original NXT, he opined: “The first NXT was kind of a reality-type show. Even though we were given much hype about NXT, it didn’t involve any of us. Therefore, we were a bit like, ‘Well, what happens to us?’”
