Steph De Lander, a well-known persona in TNA Wrestling, provided an encouraging update concerning her health and recuperation post her neck surgery this year.
De Lander had to halt her wrestling stunts since early August due to a neck injury. Recently on Twitter, she affirmed that she’s can finally resume gym sessions.

Beyond dealing with her neck, De Lander also underwent breast reduction surgery recently. This decision, she announced, will bring about a strong “improvement in her lifestyle.“
De Lander first set foot in TNA in 2023, working closely with Matt Cardona, both in TNA and on independent circuits.
