Tonight’s main event will feature Swerve Strickland squaring off with Jon Moxley for the AEW World Championship. Notably, Swerve’s family, including his children, have made the trip to Philadelphia to witness the match.
In the quarterfinal phase of the Owen Hart Cup, the Will Ospreay vs. Kevin Knight match was originally planned to be Will Ospreay taking on Jay White. The ultimate plans for the tournament final remain a close secret.

Lastly, the Chris Jericho vs. Bandido title match underwent some delays due to complications with Bandido’s management. Despite these hiccups, it is reported that the ROH World Championship is slated to go to Bandido, a plan that has been several months in the making.
