Following today’s AEW Dark, Dynamite, and Rampage television tapings in Fresno, CA, All Elite Wrestling taped a “Jay Briscoe Celebration of Life” homage program that will be airing totally free on the ROH Honor Club platform. You can have a look at the arise from the program listed below:
* The ring apron & & graphics were changed to the ROH logo design, and a graphic showed identifying the program as a “Jay Briscoe Celebration of Life.”
* Ian Riccaboni and Caprice Coleman appeared on the phase and discussed Briscoe, both as an entertainer and as an individual and daddy. They promoted the program as in honor of Briscoe and spoke about how crucial Jay was to all of them, while mentioning that Briscoe was the very first match in ROH. Tony Khan came out and thanked everybody for existing to honor the life and tradition of an excellent male.
* ROH Pure Championship Match: Wheeler Yuta def. Hagane Shinno. Jerry Lynn, Dean Malenko and BJ Whitmer were the judges.
* Adam Cole came out and cut a discount discussing his history in the ring and relationship outside the ring with Jay, discussing how he was a goofball, buddy and a married man. He stated it was time to get fired up which he misses out on and enjoys Jay, stating he left the world a much better location.
* Marina Shafir def. Mighty Myra.
* Eddie Kingston def. QT Marshall.
* ROH Women’s Championship Match: Athena def. Madison Rayne. Athena assaulted Sky Blue, who was out there with Rayne with the title belt after the match.
* Juice Robinson def. Brandon Cutler.
* Yuka Sakazaki def. Sandra Moon.
* ROH Championship Match: Claudio Castagnoli def. Christopher Daniels. Castagnoli got the win with the Jay-Driller.
* Daniels discussed Briscoe after the match and stated in 30 years, he does not understand a harder wrestler than Jay, and thanked Jay’s household for sharing him with them as much as he did. He included that he was happy to share the ring with another excellent ROH Champion.
* Castagnoli then spoke about hearing a tune (Tanya Tucker’s “Bring My Flowers Now”) that made him think about Jay’s death and informed the crowd to inform somebody they enjoy them, and to not take tomorrow for approved. He thanked Daniels and after that thanked the fans for existing, stating he enjoys all of them and enjoyed Jay. He asked the fans to keep Jay and his household in their ideas and to drive house safe.
