Spoiler On Scheduled Royal Rumble Participant For Tonight

Mike Johnson of PWInsider has independently confirmed that Carlito is backstage in St. Petersburg for the Royal Rumble and will be participating in the match tonight.
Carlito is 41 years old and has not been in a WWE match since 2010. Carlito is also slated for WWE RAW tomorrow night and reports say that he might be getting a tryout for being a producer.
Carlito was rumored to appear on the RAW Legends show a few weeks back but he reportedly did not want to travel all of that distance just for a short cameo appearance. Instead, he will make his in-ring return to the company during tonight’s PPV event. MVP was in a similar situation a year ago and is now a prominent feature on the RAW brand.
