As we previously reported here on eWn, Ricky Starks is expected to challenge Ricky Steamboat to a Strap Match at AEW All Out 2023, which takes place on Sunday night at the United Center in Chicago, IL. This planned segment will take place on Saturday night’s episode of AEW Collision.

According to a report from Pwinsider, the belief is that Steamboat will not be wrestling at All Out 2023. The segment on AEW Collision is expected to be used to set up a top match for Ricky Starks at the pay-per-view event. Originally, Starks vs. CM Punk was scheduled to headline the show. Starks attacked Steamboat on the August 5th episode of Collision after losing a “Real” World Championship match to CM Punk.
