In 1999, PCO shared a living space with Sid Vicious, and he recently expressed his thoughts about the deceased former WWE and WCW World Champion on the “Busted Open Radio” podcast.
During the WCW Sin pay-per-view event in 2001, Vicious experienced a terrible leg injury that transformed him, says PCO.
Below you can find some of the podcast’s highlights:
On the impact of Sid’s leg break: “Post the accident, he became an extremely changed person. He was somewhat indecisive, constantly changing his mind. He was quite muddled. I do not believe he ever truly accepted his injury. I don’t wish to point fingers at anyone, but he seemed to feel coerced into performing the scissor kick, that explosively dynamic kick. His desire was simply to deliver a no-frills heavy kick. Instead of doing an aerial scissor kick, he wanted to leap but merely execute a conventional, robust big kick. There was a disagreement between the WCW officials and Eudy in the background stating, ‘No, it will look more impressive,’ and so forth. That disagreement led to the incident, which significantly altered his life.”
Regarding life with Sid: “During the period I resided at his home, he would routinely purchase bicycles for the underprivileged kids in the locality and I would accompany him to present them. He would often donate food to impoverished people incapable of affording it, to assist them in feeding their pets. Whilst being a kind-hearted individual, he was also edgy. His temper could flare up rapidly.”
