Shinsuke Nakamura is vowing to “finish the story” for Cody Rhodes.
On this week’s episode of RAW from Albany, New York, Cody Rhodes cut a promo to discuss Nakamura hitting him with some red mist on last week’s show. During last week’s edition of RAW, Nakamura told Rhodes that he was planning to “awaken him.”
While Rhodes admitted that he hadn’t been paying much attention to the clues Nakamura had been giving in recent weeks, the American Nightmare invited Shinsuke to the ring.
Nakamura wound up appearing on the TitanTron and cut a promo while speaking in Japanese about how Rhodes’ “road” is similar to the one he had five years ago. Since he never got to finish his story, he’s planning to do it for Cody.
