Several Top SmackDown Stars Set For 9/20 WWE RAW
WWE RAW will seemingly receive a temporary injection of talent from the blue brand.
Steven Fernandes of PWInsider reports that, according to local advertisements, Roman Reigns and The Usos, the reigning Universal Champion and SmackDown Tag Team Champions, will appear on the September 20 episode of WWE RAW, which will be held at the PNC Arena in Raleigh, North Carolina. He also notes that SmackDown star Big E will appear on the show.
Fernandes then states that these appearances might be in response to the absent of Drew McIntyre of Jinder Mahal; these two stars have already been adverised with the company’s tour in the United Kingdom, which will overlap with these episode of WWE RAW.
It’s entirely possible, if not likely, that Reigns and the other guests from the blue brand will simply compete in the dark match, rather than showing up on the televised part of the show.
