During Saturday night’s WWE Payback 2023 pay-per-view event, Seth Rollins defeated Shinsuke Nakamura to retain the WWE World Heavyweight Championship in the main event of the show.
WWE Hall of Famer The Great Muta was in the audience for the main event title clash.
Rollins nailed Nakamura with the Curb Stomp for the pin to win and retain his title.
Rollins has held the World Heavyweight Championship for 99 days thus far. He won the gold by defeating AJ Styles at WWE Night of Champions 2023 this past May.
