Semi-Finals Set For IMPACT Knockouts Tag Team Tournament
Tonight’s episode of IMPACT Wrestling featured the final match of the quarterfinals for the IMPACT Knockouts Tag Team Tournament. In the match, Taya Valkyrie & Rosemary took on Deonna Purrazzo & Kimber Lee, and Valkyrie and Rosemary came away with a big win to advance into the semi-finals.
Towards the end of the match, Rosemary was able to slip out of an armbar attempt from Purrazzo, but ended up getting hit with a backbreaker/neckbreaker combination. Afterwards, a small brawl broke out in the ring between all four superstars, and Purrazzo effectively ended things by delivering a big kick to Kimber Lee by accident. Rosemary then hit Purrazzo with a spear, and then landed a sit-out package for the win. Now, the duo will move on to play Kiera Hogan and Tasha Steelz, while Havok and Nevaeh will take on Jazz and Jordynne Grace in the semi-finals.
