Scott D’Amore, previous TNA President, officially confirmed the return of Maple Leaf Wrestling. Anticipated shows are scheduled for the 19th and 20th of October.
The lineup promises to be exciting with the presence of wrestler Raj Dhesi (formerly known as Jinder Mahal), TNA Wrestling’s celebrated stars like Gisele Shaw and Josh Alexander, KUSHIDA, and others.

“CANADA, ONTARIO – 8th of August, 2024 – Scott D’Amore, reputable wrestling promoter is excited to bring back the iconic Maple Leaf Wrestling brand to the professional wrestling scenes in October.
The historic brand known as ‘MAPLE LEAF PRO Wrestling’ is lighting up the excitement with two exhilarating evenings of top tier wrestling, titled ‘Forged in Excellence.’
The backstory of Maple Leaf Wrestling takes us back to Toronto’s Queensbury Athletic Club of the 30s. It took on the current name in the 40s, under Frank Tunney’s leadership, and marked its presence until the 80s as a preeminent pro-wrestling territory. The legacy was briefly suspended in 1984 following absorption by WWF.

On the roster for the back-to-back thrilling shows are: ‘The Maharaja’ Raj Dhesi (ex-WWE World Champion), 2x TNA World Champion Josh Alexander, Knockout Gisele Shaw, New Japan’s KUSHIDA, Alex Zayne, Kevin Knight, TNA’s Jake Something, the phenomenal Kylie Rae, and Trevor Lee (previously known as WWE Superstar Cameron Grimes).
Both evenings of MAPLE LEAF PRO’s Forged in Excellence will be aired live on TrillerTV, so fans globally can experience the revival of this historic brand.
