During a recent episode of the podcast “The Wrestling Classic”, Saraya, a previous AEW Women’s World Champion, stated her intentions to create a second book after finishing her initial memoir.
Here are some standout moments from the podcast discussion:
Speaking about her enthusiasm to pen a follow-up book, Saraya said, “I feel compelled to work on a second book because the first one ends on such a note that I can’t modify it now since it’s already published. My life has undergone significant transformations in the last four or five months. That was the closure of a chapter, and now it’s time to commence a new one as I’m about to embark on a completely different life trajectory.”
Regarding her venture into the Hollywood scene, she commented, “It’s quite an exhilarating experience. I’ve been booked for a role that has me absolutely thrilled. I’m just beginning to experience Hollywood and it’s freaking fantastic, it has me really revved up.”
In a separate episode of the “Hitting The Turnbuckle” podcast, Leon Slater, a TNA wrestler, also unveiled his wish to challenge WWE NXT superstar Je’Von Evans in a special crossover match.
Here are a few highlights from that podcast:
When asked about his most anticipated opponent from WWE NXT, Slater said, “I believe the answer to this will be identical to what everyone else will say. It has to be Je’Von Evans, indubitably. As two individuals, almost reflections of each other, thriving in different environments at the age of 20, it would be compelling to determine who the finest young wrestler on the globe is, right? I’m convinced it’s me and I presume he firmly believes it’s him.”
Talking about the thrill of competing directly, he continued, “And the only way to establish this is through direct competition. Beyond Je’Von, on another note, I’d be thrilled to match up with Oba or Trick or whoever seizes the NXT belt. I’m eager for my turn. I’d enjoy a stir with Ricky Saints. I’d love to rival the Fraxiom boys. They, like us, have an incredibly accomplished line-up. However, if I had to choose one, we should settle the debate on who the premier young wrestler in the world is.”
