Saraya Leaves Door Open For WWE Return

Saraya-Jade Bevis recently made an appearance on the “Hall of Fame” podcast where she talked about various subjects, including a possible comeback to WWE and her participation in AEW All In 2023.

Here are some standout moments from her participation in the podcast:

About WWE: “I have deep affection for WWE and harbor no ill-will towards the organization. They built me up and rescued me in challenging times. I’m deeply grateful to them. The idea of shifting to another platform was primarily driven by the prospect of my brother joining in. I simply wanted him to succeed in wrestling. But my admiration for WWE is strong and if there were a thrilling opportunity for me there, I would not hesitate to return. Rejecting such an opportunity would be imprudent. Yes, if an exciting window opens, I wouldn’t think twice to join in,” said Saraya.

About her appearance at AEW All In 2023 accompanied by Queen’s music: “The organizers surprised me by arranging Queen’s music. I had requested for it, although getting rights to such a popular number is quite an expenditure. But Queen and Freddie Mercury are adored by the British and they savor singing along. Wrestlers like Booker know the intensity of British fans and their fondness for such moments. Hence, I wished for this track. And despite initial rejections, the organizers made it happen. The crowd reciprocated brilliantly,” Saraya added.

“I kept my victory in the match a secret from my family who were present to maintain the authenticity of their reactions and share the joy. Despite my disbelief in ever wrestling again, holding a championship, or performing in Wembley Stadium, it happened. I was immensely overwhelmed and emotional. Even though my stint with the title wasn’t notably long, it was a special experience for me,” she fondly recalled.
