In his recent appearance on the “No Name Wrestling Podcast”, ex-WWE Superstar Santino Marella expressed interest in taking part in the much anticipated Women’s WWE Royal Rumble scheduled for this year. Not just for his own part, but he is excited about the possibility of participating alongside his daughter, Arianna Grace, who also happens to be an NXT Superstar.
Talking about his thought, Marella said, “So my daughter, she had a little shoulder surgery that…she’s back in the ring from it, but she hasn’t re-debuted yet. So I was pitching…I don’t think it’s ever been done, father/daughter in the same Rumble. So it [would] be really big for her to return to the programming and, you know, I’m down to show and just, yeah, just get that experience. Royal Rumble’s my favorite PPV of the year.”
In his previous stint in WWE, Santino Marella was popular for his alter-ego “Santina Marella”.
