Prior to losing to EVIL in the quarterfinals, he had a 7-0 record. He took part in the show on Sunday by joining the team of Taichi, DOUKI, and Yoshinobu Kanemaru to take on HOUSE OF TORTURE (EVIL, SHO, Yujiro Takahashi, and Dick Togo).

SANADA will have some time to recover because NJPW’s next event isn’t until September 8. However, he is still expected to make an appearance at Impact Wrestling Emergence on August 27.
