Sami Zayn Wins Triple Threat Match Ahead Of WWE Clash Of Champions

Ahead of their big match at WWE’s Clash of Champions, AJ Styles, Jeff Hardy, and Sami Zayn all stepped into the ring to compete in a triple threat match between the three WWE Intercontinental Championship hopefuls. In a big win, it was Zayn who walked away with a win, giving him a much-needed boost in confidence going into a big championship matchup.
Things ended for Styles and Hardy late in the match when Zayn was able to capitalize on Styles’ finishers. Styles landed a big kick on Hardy which he followed up with the Phenomenal Forearm. However, Zayn quickly jumped, throwing Styles out of the ring and pinning the downed Hardy for the victory.

Hardy dropkicks Styles and Zayn at the same time. Hardy uses Zayn’s back to complete poetry in motion on Styles. Hardy goes up top. Zayn pushes Hardy off the top to the outside. Styles dives over the top and blast Zayn with an elbow as he is working over Hardy. After the break, Hardy lands the whisper in the wind on Zayn and Styles. All three competitors trade shots in the middle of the ring. Zayn hits two standing big boots. Styles response with an overhead kick. Styles lands the Phenomenal Forearm on Hardy. Zayn tosses Styles out of the ring and steals the pin.
