RUSH recently took to Twitter to announce that he has been medically cleared to compete after suffering a torn hamstring at AEW Worlds End 2023.

Taking to Twitter over the weekend, RUSH responded to a fan questioning his injury. He wrote,

“I was injured as confirmed by AEW doctors. Now I am recovered, I had a visa with someone else and now in the process of getting my visa through AEW. Stop posting bullsh*t for f**king likes. I don’t ever lie about injuries.”

As we’ve been reporting here on eWn, Scott D’Amore’s contract with TNA Wrestling has been terminated and he’s been replaced by new president Anthony Cicione.

During a recent interview with Cultaholic, former TNA wrestler Zicky Dice said he was shocked by the firing. He said,

“With Scott, what a lot of people don’t realize is how much he actually does behind the scenes. He’s not just a TV president, you know, he’s sitting there manning the battle station or helping creative. He’s the first one in the building, last one out. I don’t know. It’s gonna be some big shoes to fill and that came as a big shock. I hope Scott is doing alright, he’s got a very creative mind and loves the business. He’s got a big heart and he’s a genuine person and I think that’s what I look for the most.“
