Ruby Soho is victorious in her Dynamite debut, but she didn’t leave the show unscathed.
Ruby Soho made her AEW Dynamite in-ring debut on Wednesday, picking up a win over Jamie Hayter on the show. The final moments of the match saw Hayter connect with a neckbreaker for two before going for a whip, but Ruby countered with a step-up kick to pick up the win.
Britt Baker, Hayter and Rebel attacked Ruby after the bell, but Riho ran down to try and make the save. She got beaten down by the opposition, then Baker and Hayter set up Ruby for a curb stomp on the women’s title. Kris Statlander ran down to the ring wielding a chair and chased them off, then helped Ruby and Riho to the back.
Ruby Soho earned a future title shot against Baker by winning the Women’s Casino Battle Royale at All Out.
