Roxanne Perez, during her recent chat with “12 WBOY,” conveyed the significant lessons she learned from CM Punk, a frequent guest on WWE NXT.
Perez plans to defend her current NXT Women’s Title in the forthcoming episode of WWE NXT; her opponent is Giulia.
Speaking about the influence of CM Punk, Perez stated, “It’s meant so much to me, especially because I grew up idolizing him. Now that I get to be under his learning tree, it’s really cool. He’s so awesome. He attends our NXT pay-per-views, watches all matches from beginning to end, offering critiques and suggestions. He’s under no obligation to do this, and I think that’s really cool.”
In a separate exchange with “HOT 97,” Jade Cargill put out a statement for those aspiring to challenge the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships.
In her words, “It doesn’t matter. We welcome it all. I told you, whoever wants to come get it, we got it. We’re serving up opportunities, come seize them. Understand this, sharing the spotlight with us is a privilege. We’re issuing open challenges, but aspirants must be worthy. We’re not your everyday contenders. We’re offering you a primetime stage. You need to merit it.”
