Quinn McKay welcomes viewers and previews the show. She reveals that next week’s episode will feature the finals of the Survival of the Fittest Tournament.

Survival of the Fittest Qualifying Match: Bandido vs. Bateman (with Dutch and Vita VonStarr)

In pre-match promos, Bandido vows to prove why his countrymen support him, and Bateman says Survival of the Fittest is a huge opportunity. He notes the differences between his in-ring style and Bandido’s high-flying offense. Bateman states that if he wins the tournament, he will hand the title to Vincent.

The two men feel each other out early on. Bandido keeps Bateman on his toes, but the Righteous star overpowers him. A clothesline floors Bandido, and a kick to the face helps Bateman take complete control. He slams Bandido to the mat and gets a two count. Bandido tries to rally, but Bateman rocks him with a stiff strike. Still, a dragon screw and a shining wizard give Bandido some momentum. Bandido presses Bateman, slams him and gets a two count after a standing Shooting Star Press. A dive to the outside gives Bandido a false sense of confidence, but Bateman blasts him with a forearm in mid-air.

A diving knee stuns Bandido, and Bateman goes for his signature piledriver, but Bandido counters. Bandido wins with the 21-Plex.

Winner: Bandido

After the match, Vincent returns and enters the ring with Dutch and VonStarr. Vincent discusses his time away and says Bateman failed him, but he didn’t fail himself. Vincent tells Bateman to consider this a “Righteous Rebirth.” VonStarr and Dutch then beat down Bateman while Vincent watches, and the trio crouches over their fallen stablemate.

In pre-match promos, Danhausen and Rhett Titus hype up their Survival of the Fittest qualifying match, which will air on June 22. Titus recaps how this will be his fifth Survival of the Fittest, and he has been chosen to represent The Foundation. He vows to beat Danhausen and clinch a spot in the finals.
