Quinn McKay welcomes viewers and hypes up the 19th Anniversary pay-per-view. She also hypes up this episode.

In a pre-match promo, Eli Isom looks back on his background as an amateur athlete. He says he has always worked hard for his opportunities. Isom recaps how he has chased his dream of being a wrestler. He says he has never stopped fighting, no matter how hard things got. Isom vows to prove himself as an individual and says he can hang with the best of the best on his road to the ROH World Television Championship, and that mission starts with Rey Horus.

Horus recaps his tough loss to Dragon Lee earlier this year, and he states that the defeat has helped him grow. He says that he’ll face Dragon Lee for the title again someday, and the rematch will go in his favor. He states that Isom might be the future, but he’s the present.

Eli Isom vs. Rey Horus

Isom and Horus feel each other out and exchange technical holds. Horus sends Isom crashing to the outside and dives over the turnbuckle onto him outside the ring.
