Roderick Strong & Samoa Joe Reach Finals Of AEW World Title Eliminator Tournament On Collision

The semifinals of the ongoing AEW Grand Slam World Title Eliminator tournament took place on Saturday’s episode of AEW Collision, as Roderick Strong defeated Darby Allin to punch his ticket to the finals.

Strong beat Allin after the former TNT Champion had been attacked by Luchasaurus backstage prior to the match.

The Kingdom attempted to interfere during the bout, and as AR Fox ran down to stop the heels, he accidentally took out Nick Wayne.

The chaos allowed Strong to avoid the Coffin Drop and he was able to hit the End of Heartache for the win.

Strong will battle Samoa Joe in the finals on next week’s episode of AEW Dynamite.

Samoa Joe defeated Penta El Zero Miedo in the semifinals of the AEW Grand Slam World Title Eliminator tournament in the main event of Saturday’s episode of Collision.

After Penta had crashed into a wooden table at ringside, Joe applied the Coquina Clutch and forced the luchador to submit.

Joe will now face Roderick Strong in the finals of the tournament next week on Dynamite.
