Roderick Strong Returns To Independent Wrestling At Prestige Black Sunshine

Roderick Strong has returned to independent wrestling as he worked Kevin Blackwood at Prestige Wrestling’s Black Sunshine event on Sunday. 

Strong scored the victory. This marked his first match at an independent wrestling show since he competed at EVOLVE 129 and 130 in June 2019. Aside from the EVOLVE shows, he hadn’t worked at an independent wrestling show since July 2016.

This is due to him signing with WWE until he left to join AEW in April.
