Rhea Ripley, a well-known WWE Superstar, divulged some of her career’s highlights during a recent Fanatics Live auction held at WWE Bad Blood 2024. Ripley stated, “Either when I beat Shayna Baszler for the NXT Women’s Championship — I had like my own little mosh pit and that was really special to me, that was one of my favorite memories. Other than that? Probably WrestleMania 39, beating Charlotte.”

Another esteemed WWE personality, Hall of Famer Rob Van Dam, recently shared some interesting events from his past. Appearing on the podcast titled “The Black Announce Table”, Van Dam reminisced about his 2006 arrest which happened in July. Meanwhile, here are some noteworthy points from the podcast:

Reflecting on an incident from 2006 when he was stopped by the police, he remarked, “I’m in Hanging Rock, Ohio, I’m driving carelessly – because I was so impetuous back then, I never really checked the speedometer.”

When asked how he would handle a similar situation today, he said, “I would have grabbed that ozium, inconspicuously, and went [makes lengthy spraying sounds] and then when the cop asked ‘Why does it smell like air freshener?’ I would respond ‘Sabu farted!’”

Setting the records straight about not being under the influence while being pulled over, he clarified, “For eternity, some fans hold the misconception that ‘Rob and Sabu were smoking when they were driving, otherwise, ECW wouldn’t have crashed!’ That’s not the actual version of events.”
