Rikishi has expressed his desire for The Usos to engage in solo projects.

In a recent installment of his “Off the Top” podcast, the WWE Hall of Fame entrant expressed interest in seeing his sons face wrestlers Randy Orton and Rey Mysterio in singles matches. He remarked,

“Analyzing the roster, names like Randy Orton and Rey Mysterio, true veterans of the sport, frequently come to mind. They can impart invaluable experience and knowledge on my boys.”

Adding further, he stated, “With these two successful wrestlers, one a Hall of Famer and the other soon to join, there is so much to learn despite my sons’ 17-year tenure in the sport. I would be thrilled to witness legendary matches between my sons and these veteran wrestlers.”

On a similar note, Tommy Dreamer mentioned his desire for WWE to have delayed The Usos reunion as part of The Bloodline storyline.

During an episode of the “Busted Open Radio After Dark” podcast, the established ECW wrestler reflected on The Usos’ interaction with Sami Zayn on RAW.

Podcast highlights include:

On the RAW scene: “[Sami Zayn] is interrupted by Jey and the crowd is ecstatic. He questions, ‘Hey, man, as a friend, did you intentionally kick Roman [Reigns] at WWE Crown Jewel?’ Suddenly, Jimmy appears. This leads to an intriguing dynamic.”

On his view of the sequence: “I sincerely believe The Usos’ unity was premature. I feel they could have expanded on this more, adding more drama. Albeit, we find ourselves here due to the recent Crown Jewel event.”
