In a recent episode of his podcast titled “Off The Top”, WWE’s Rikishi, who belongs to the Hall of Fame, shared his wish to witness a matchup between Jacob Fatu and Solo Sikoa at the upcoming WrestleMania 41.
Here are a few noteworthy points from his podcast:
Rikishi’s anticipation for the Jacob Fatu vs. Solo Sikoa fight:“Although it’s rarely talked about, as long as wrestling stars like The Rock and Roman Reigns are still active, and you have Solo, Jey, Jimmy, Trinity, and the Bloodline continues, it will always be relevant. However, if a storyline were to appear, I’d be thrilled to watch Solo [Sikoa] face Jacob Fatu at ‘Mania. The predicament they’re both currently in and the ongoing drama adds a unique dynamic to this potential matchup, which I believe could be quite intriguing. As a fan, I always think about what others would like to see. Would they be more excited about a Jacob Fatu and Braun Strowman match? Or, would they rather witness a face-off between Jacob Fatu and Solo Sikoa? Personally, as a fan myself, a family versus family fight would be my first choice.”
Discussing how GUNTHER often gets the better of Jey Uso: “Considering we’re still four weeks away from the event, a lot can change. I’ve noticed GUNTHER recently taking the upper hand during matches, particularly against Jey. However, I believe that Jey will soon turn the tables. I must admit, it’s a bit frustrating to constantly see GUNTHER overpowering Jey on live TV. Despite this, it’s important to remain unbiased as GUNTHER is indeed a formidable opponent. He may not have the physique of a traditional bodybuilder, but his technical wrestling skills cannot be overlooked. His ability to strategically dismantle an opponent reminds me of an experienced amateur wrestler.”
