During a new conversation with Adrian Hernandez, WWE superstar Ricochet shared his perspective on the incident involving Travis Scott and Cody Rhodes in the unexpected heel turn of John Cena at WWE’s Elimination Chamber: Toronto pay-per-view event. Ricochet pointedly stated that Cody Rhodes was the architect of his own misfortune. Here’s what he had to say:
“No, Cody got squarely hit in the face. You launch yourself into a ring, taunting and yelling expletives in people’s faces, of course you’re going to be hit back. That’s the simple reality of the situation. They had him subdued, delivered a smack. Let him continue talking nonsense. That won’t be happening to me, let me tell you. I’ll be the one handing out the smackdowns to Ken Jeong.”
