Wrestler Ricochet has highlighted a widespread issue in the industry: subpar spray tans.
On a recent episode of the “Barstool Rasslin'” podcast, Ricochet conveyed his concern about this common problem in professional wrestling.
He stated, “Oh man. It’s all over. It’s indies, it’s WWE, it’s AEW, it’s everywhere. Apparently people can’t put the spray tan on the night before and subsequently wash; they place it right before their match. Entering the locker room showers, if you gaze at the floor, it’s like a spray tan metropolis. It ends up getting all over your gear, all over everything.”
Furthermore, Ricochet spoke about his aspiration to clinch the AEW Continental Classic 2024, a move that he believes would irk his detractors.
He stated, “Absolutely, but honestly, I’m currently in the chase, and if you’re a fan, you’re a fan, you are going to support me. But if not, I am not bothered, mate. I am not bothered, mate. I’m going to continue doing my thing. If you’re discontent with it, you’re going to have to endure a lot of content you don’t appreciate. I’m going to be a regular on your TV, mate. If you’re aggravated by it, you will be viewing an ample amount of stuff you simply don’t like because I’m going to have significant airtime. Especially when I bag this Continental Classic, you’re genuinely about to be vexed. But that’s alright.”
As of now, Ricochet’s tournament record is 0-1 and he has been unable to earn any points yet.
