Ric Flair may be a 16-time World Champion, but the two-time WWE Hall of Famer believes he was just as good at being beaten, if not better, as he was at winning.
During the “This Past Weekend” podcast, Flair went into detail about his exaggerated selling routine in matches. He said,
“I was better at getting beat. And then I just lie the next day on TV [through a promo]… ‘Forget about it. That didn’t happen to me. What were you watching?’”
Flair competed in his final match last year, teaming with Andrade El Idolo to defeat Jay Lethal & Jeff Jarrett, but has since teased having another match.
