Seven Bucks Productions, the film and entertainment production company spearheaded by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, is producing a fresh documentary series titled “Who Killed WCW?”. The docuseries, set to air on Vice TV, intends to delve into the rise and fall of World Championship Wrestling (WCW).
Famous WCW standout, Ric Flair, had pinned the blame on three individuals for the company’s downfall. He held Jim Herd, Eric Bischoff, and Vince Russo responsible. In a recent development, Flair publicized an apology to the three, stating:
“A person who holds a significant place in my life reminded me recently that Twitter offers the poorest form of communication. I wish to utilize this moment to offer my apologies to Jim Herd, @EBischoff, and @THEVinceRusso, as I acknowledge that I judged you hastily without fully understanding the corporate internals or your backstage responsibilities. Personally, I wish the three of us could have built better professional relationships! For Vince who acknowledged me as the GOAT, I am thankful & you were instrumental in my son’s wrestling pursuits. I am set to appear on Eric Bischoff’s podcast not with an intention to gloat but to address our disagreements! @TheRock is filming a biopic on me, and I’m in high spirits! I sincerely hope we can leave all this behind us!”
Flair’s tweet read: “A Very Important Person In My Life Reminded Me Yesterday That Twitter Is The Weakest Form Of Communication. I Want To Take This Opportunity To Apologize To Jim Herd, @EBischoff, And @THEVinceRusso Because I Really Don’t Know. I Unfairly Judged You Without Knowing The Inner… pic.twitter.com/sOn9wltZU6 — Ric Flair® (@RicFlairNatrBoy) June 12, 2024”.
