During a recent appearance on “The Breakfast Club,” WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair revealed his wrestling Mount Rushmore. The Nature Boy named Shawn Michaels, Steve Austin, Hulk Hogan and The Undertaker as his top picks.
When Flair was asked why he believes he’s the “greatest of all time,” he said,
“Because I am [laughs]. I’m not on my Mount Rushmore. I think it’s better to have somebody else put you there. My Mount Rushmore in terms of importance to the business is Stone Cold, Hulk, obviously, Undertaker, and I think Shawn Michaels. Shawn Michaels is the greatest performer of all time in our business. I can do a little of everything. That doesn’t make me the best. I’m just being me [laughs]. I never say stuff like that. I consider myself to be lucky to be considered one of the best.”
When Flair was asked why The Rock isn’t on his Mount Rushmore, he said,
“He would be, except he didn’t stay long enough. I think part of the Mount Rushmore is longevity. It’s hard to be really good, and The Rock was great. But he took off. He’s on my Mount Rushmore for interview skills and everything else, and I remain very close to him.“

Ric Flair Reveals His Wrestling Mount Rushmore
WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair recently made an appearance on “The Breakfast Club” where he revealed his wrestling Mount Rushmore. Flair, known as “The Nature Boy,” named Shawn Michaels, Steve Austin, Hulk Hogan, and The Undertaker as his top picks.
When asked why he believes he is the “greatest of all time,” Flair confidently responded, “Because I am. I’m just being me. I never say stuff like that. I consider myself lucky to be considered one of the best.”
Flair’s humility and recognition of other talented wrestlers in the industry showcase his respect for the sport and its history. He acknowledges that being considered one of the best is an honor and doesn’t claim the title of the greatest himself.
When questioned about why The Rock isn’t on his Mount Rushmore, Flair explained, “He would be, except he didn’t stay long enough. I think part of the Mount Rushmore is longevity. It’s hard to be really good, and The Rock was great. But he took off. He’s on my Mount Rushmore for interview skills and everything else, and I remain very close to him.”
Flair’s reasoning behind excluding The Rock from his Mount Rushmore highlights the importance of longevity in the wrestling industry. While The Rock was undoubtedly talented and made a significant impact during his time in wrestling, Flair believes that staying power and consistent contributions to the business are crucial factors in earning a spot on the prestigious Mount Rushmore.
