Rhea Ripley Shocks Charlotte Flair, Wins Triple Threat Match

Tonight’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown kicked off with a bang, as Team SmackDown, RAW, and NXT saw its female captains all climb into the ring and take each other on. Things started off with Team SmackDown – led by Sasha Banks – coming out to talk some trash to their opponents. Pretty quickly, both Team RAW – led by Charlotte Flair – and Team NXT – led by Rhea Ripley – came out, and a triple threat match between the captains was born.
During the triple threat match, all three superstars poured their heart into the brawl, but it was Ripely who came away with the win as she was able to get back into the ring after being thrown out and pin Charlotte Flair, who was in the middle of holding Sasha Banks in a Figure-Eight. After the match, Team SmackDown and Team RAW both got involved in a brief brawl as Team NXT watched from the side.
