Rhea Ripley Retains Women’s World Title Against Raquel Rodriguez At WWE Payback 2023

During Saturday night’s WWE Payback 2023 pay-per-view event, Rhea Ripley successfully defended the Women’s World Championship against Raquel Rodriguez in the penultimate match of the show.

Raquel’s leg injury came into play with Rhea’s submission finisher, but she managed to break the hold.

Rodriguez powerslammed Dominik for interfering in the match and Rhea utilized the distraction to gain control.

The finish came when “Mami” nailed Raquel with the Riptide for the win.
