The WWE Survivor Series: WarGames 2024 remains several months away, yet Rhea Ripley is already planning her team roster for the November event.
In a recent episode of the “Casual Conversations” podcast, Ripley provided insight on her potential team choices, were she to lead a WarGames team in Canada. Her response was,
“Naturally it would be me first, and then ideally, I would choose Bianca [Belair] and Jade [Cargill] to complete the team, alongside the tag champions. As for other choices, the decision is tough owing to existing conflicts, but I’d have said IYO [Sky] and Kairi [Sane], given IYO’s history and success in many previous WarGames, and Kairi’s indomitable spirit. She continued the fight even after shattering her face on the commentary table.”
A regular participant of every women’s WarGames match so far, SKY also holds the record for the most appearances in WarGames matches since WWE reintroduced the match type. In her WarGames match history, SKY has one win to her credit. In contrast, Ripley has been part of three WarGames matches, securing her single victory at NXT TakeOver: WarGames 2019.
Ripley is set to confront WWE Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan at WWE Bad Blood happening on October 5th, prior to the Survivor Series: WarGames 2024.
Scheduled for November 30, the WWE Survivor Series: WarGames 2024 is taking place at the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This will be WWE’s final pay-per-view event that will air internationally, before shifting WWE’s content to Netflix starting in January 2025.
