Rhea Ripley resourcefully retained the WWE RAW Women’s Championship on Sunday.
“The Queen” challenged Ripley for the title at WWE Hell in a Cell. With her veteran expertise, Flair took a cheap shot early on, but it didn’t affect Ripley too much.

Still, the challenger grounded “The Nightmare” in the opening minutes and targeted her leg. But Ripley rallied with a dropkick to the outside, and she followed it up with a missile dropkick in the ring. Flair then got a nearfall with the Natural Selection out of nowhere. Ripley’s weakened leg allowed Flair to maintain her advantage.

Eventually, Ripley persevered with a superplex. Once the two women got back to their feet, they traded blows. Ripley hit the Riptide, but Flair put her foot on the rope to stop the three count. “The Queen” then tipped the scales in her favor by kicking Ripley’s leg into the steel steps.
Flair locked in the Figure-Four, but Ripley reached the ropes. Once the match spilled to the outside, Ripley threw the top of the broadcast table into Flair’s face, so the referee disqualified her.

The two women kept fighting after the bell, and Ripley dropped Flair with the Riptide. Ripley demanded to be given her title, and she told the announcer to declare that she’s still the champion. She also talked some trash to Flair while she was walking away.
