Earlier today, the eighth night of the NJPW G1 Climax 34 tournament was hosted by New Japan Pro Wrestling at the KDDI Ishin Hall in Yamaguchi, Japan. Here are the highlights from the event:
The line-up and match results were as follows:
BULLET CLUB War Dogs, comprising Gabe Kidd and Jake Lee, triumphed over Katsuya Murashima and Shoma Kato.
The United Empire managed to outdo the House of Torture, led by Great-O-Khan and Callum Newman despite best efforts from Dick Togo and EVIL.
The duo of Shota Umino and Tomoaki Honma of Just 5 Guys were victors against SANADA and TAKA Michinoku.
In a pivotal encounter, Los Ingobernables de Japon, represented by Shingo Takagi and Tetsuya Naito, bested TMDK, which featured Kosei Fujita and Zack Sabre Jr.
In the G1 Climax 34 B Block matches – Yota Tsuji overcame Oleg Boltin, HENARE won against Yuya Uemura, Jeff Cobb beat El Phantasmo, while Ren Narita and David Finlay won their respective matches against Hirooki Goto and Konosuke Takeshita.
