Reported Update On AJ Styles Injury After WWE Royal Rumble Match

Dave Meltzer is confirming on this morning’s Wrestling Observer Radio that AJ Styles encountered a legitimate injury after taking a spear from a returning Edge during the Royal Rumble match. Styles was seen heavily favoring his left shoulder when he turned himself inside out on the sell of the move. Styles was soon eliminated from the match.
