According to recent news from Pwinsider, Zak Knight’s tenure with AEW has come to an end due to his contract expiration.
The well-known wrestler, just 33 years old and Saraya’s sibling, has left significant imprints on Ring of Honor and AEW Rampage. Under the pseudonym Zak Zodiak, he gained fame in UK wrestling circuits and took center stage in the film Fighting with My Family. He made his final bow on the AEW stage during a less publicized match in June 2024.
In a latest episode of the “Two Man Power Trip” podcast, prominent wrestler Big BOOM! AJ voiced his conviction that Big Justice could rise to become an elite in the wrestling world. He shared,
“Just to add on this, Big Justice had aspirations to be the third man. It was on me to pacify Big Justice somewhat because I wholeheartedly believe this: one day, Big Justice will be counted among the world’s top wrestlers. It’s not a stretch for me to see Big Justice as an AEW World Champion in the future, but at the moment, we need him in our corner.”
