Joe Hendry, who unexpectedly emerged to challenge Randy Orton, was excluded from all official materials and was kept incognito backstage until the moment of his entrance.
Similarly, Becky Lynch, who made a comeback to join forces with Lyra Valkyria, was not mentioned internally. Nonetheless, she was witnessed practising in the ring sometime during the day. Despite this, WWE largely managed to ensure her return remained a secret.
