According to insider information obtained from Pwinsider, there’s a potential strategy in place where both RAW and SmackDown might be extended to three hours each starting from January 2025.
Nothing is set in stone yet, however, discussions have been held concerning the possibility of drafting additional talents from the NXT roster to bridge the gap of the six-hour weekly broadcast on the principal franchises.
In another development from the WWE, Paul Heyman was reported to have been present at the WWE SmackDown TV recordings last Friday night. While this isn’t an unusual happening, it’s noteworthy.
Moreover, the WWE SmackDown team returned to Buffalo from Europe yesterday, following the completion of the company’s European tour.
